Stockholm syndrome

I miss my former company. It’s a private company.
It was cool there. Flexible working hours, people were cool, hrs always organise events. I was well paid always getting extra money for the extra work.
Now, I am working for a company that is so strict, I don’t know if they are only strict with me or it’s the company culture.
I feel lonely and not belonging to here, but each time I remember that I gotta pay the rent and not do anything stupid and ending up in streets.
The word is harsh on women, especially women, when you don’t have a man you have to count on you butt to do the work so you can live.. don’t tell me you can live at your parents because it’s not an option.
I need to start something on YouTube they told me that I’ll be well paid. And it’s the utter freedom.

I understand your pain. You must be in a better company than mine. I work in a company where if you take a leave for an emergency, your salary for the day is deducted unless n until you have good terms with your Manager. Also they have given the Christmas eve holiday i.e. 24th SUNDAY instead of 25th. When questioned they said as per the policy they cannot do it because it exceeds maximum number of holidays in a year. LOL can you imagine that. Top of that there is so much of favoritism.

You should try making content on Tik Tok. It’s pretty popular and I’ve seen a lot of ppl (don’t personally know them) start out and later getting enough money to buy a house. I’ve been thinking about starting something too but I wouldn’t know what type of videos I would make lol.

So the world is harsh on women, because they have to work for a living just like every man does? 🤦‍♀️

@TheGreatLeveler you don’t have an uterus you won’t get it

@mellie I don't need one to understand that women can and should burden the same responsibilities men do.
