What is the right age for teen boys to date? [I Need Dating Advice]

Okay, my 14 year old nephew wants to date. .. My sister told me that he likes a girl who is his friend, and she likes him too. In my opinion, I think he's too young and should wait. What's your opinion on this?

i feel he shouldgo ahead and have a drink with a girl he likes .... they may even discuss futures of whatever he/she have in mind,,,,,
