What is the right age for teen boys to date? [I Need Dating Advice]

Okay, my 14 year old nephew wants to date. .. My sister told me that he likes a girl who is his friend, and she likes him too. In my opinion, I think he's too young and should wait. What's your opinion on this?

I can't believe I'm reading this in the year 2020. Contemporaries of mine were dating at the age of 11/12 - around 1965/66. We didn't have mobile phones to sext back then - today's teenagers are much more sophisticated than we were - but the budding hormones (of both sexes) are unchanged. Just make sure they know the real facts of life.
