What is the right age for teen boys to date? [I Need Dating Advice]

Okay, my 14 year old nephew wants to date. .. My sister told me that he likes a girl who is his friend, and she likes him too. In my opinion, I think he's too young and should wait. What's your opinion on this?

It depends on what a “date” consists of. When I was 14, dates meant going to the movies, going bowling, going out to eat or going to school dances or games with someone.
