What is the right age for teen boys to date? [I Need Dating Advice]

Okay, my 14 year old nephew wants to date. .. My sister told me that he likes a girl who is his friend, and she likes him too. In my opinion, I think he's too young and should wait. What's your opinion on this?

There is no too young and wait, he will do it anyway. Better to be open and accepting or he’ll hide it and won’t ask for help when he needs it
