This is such a good description of me...serial monogamist. I have only really been alone for a very short time in my life. It's time for me to do it again , now , and I'm really nervous about it. I will only have myself to depend on, and I'm not very good at being alone....

I long for a stop to the "serial" part. I've always sought roots...being "grounded". As yet, this has proven maddeningly illusive......
