Should a couple get married if a child is conceived?

Shotgun weddings used to be common. The mailman back home was married that way. They had a couple kids The boy was only a couple years older than me. Sounded like they got along ok but were very poor.

I think if you conceive a child you should at least consider if keeping it makes sense. If you do keep it considering being together is another good idea.

@Muthafukajones As long as you get along and are mature enough or are supported. We had one girl back home that got pregnant by a fifth grader. She was a bit older. His folks raised the kid so he kind of had a younger brother.

@Tastyfrzz children having sex before they have had a childhood. There are a lot of problems with that. The parents are to blame. Fair that they should care for the children’s baby. So much wrong with that.
