She makes it worth it.

Today was a rough day. Spent an hour trying to change the serpentine belt on a chevy. Hose galore in our way made it take longer than it should've been. But I learned more than I initially knew so gold star there. Then my boss being a you-know-what decided to torture me today because he can't handle his job without me. I know that sounds like whining, but he does that to everyone. The rest of management sees it, saw what happened today and it ticked them off. I don't know, despite the learning experiences, today wasn't really worth it. That was until I saw the pictures and videos from my wife on my phone.

I may have gotten all cut up, chemically burned, exhausted and overwhelmed but she makes days like these worth it. I'm not just working for me but I'm working for her. Yesterday being her birthday, me having gone up there to spend it with her, I have the memories to reflect on to give me the strength to handle these moments. I love her so freaking much. 💘
