Okay this question might be little personal..

In my country ..I would rarely see any one over the age of 35 single ..take 40 either their partner would be dead or they would be married ..but here in sw I see so many men and women single over age of 50 -55? How come ?

Marriage does not define people in this society in your country you’re still somewhat traditional. I’m 34 and single and while it’s much more common here in the UK and accepted, most people at my age seem to be married or about to be married or are in long relationships with their partner and have kids. By the time they’re 50 or older they could be divorced or with someone else or turns out they’re homosexual but never wanted to realise it or hid it for 50 years.
