I Am Married

@BlueRain Maybe it sounds like that to you. But trust me, nah. I lost my dad in 2016. That’s what I tell myself to cope with it.

@SW-User With my mum it was different, we knew her time had come. I really didn't expect to lose the wife, even when they tried to tell me she was a very ill woman.

@malizz Life is unexpected. You can’t count on anything, and the memories only make everything worse. One pain after another. Perhaps it’s a good thing that we won’t be here forever. Someday the pain will come to an end.

@SW-User I have always been philosophical about people dying, but that doesn't stop some memories being painful. I know better than to offer platitudes on this matter which is very personal to each individual.

@malizz Everyone copes differently. It doesn’t work the same. My fault.
