If two men wish to marry one women, or two women wish to marry one man

That doesn't stop anyone else from going about their day, and so they should be allowed to as consenting adults. Or is the whole "consenting adult" things a load of rubbish? Consistency is the most important variable in any system.

@gregloa I understand that haha. However, if someone wishes to have more than one spouse and aren't forcing you to do so, it should be considered as acceptable as any other "consenting adults" scenario.

Marriage has nothing to with the relationship component. It's a business contract. Nothing more or less in the eyes of the law. It's about taxes and certain benefits. And the legal system, in most places, is built around two people.

@hunkalove Yeah. That exists. But there's other things. Protection, rights, order. There's lots of elements to the legal system. Marriage though is a business contract with the trappings of morality, love, family and all the rest. But that's entirely ancillary. Means nothing at the end of the day. That one is about money.
