Why are people avoiding marriage today?
Well, there are several factors, but the key reasons are no secure future, inflation and loyalty. People today are really struggling to take care of routine expenses. There's no job guarantee. Today, you have the job, and the next day you may not have the job. The so-called AI revolution is targeting every sector that once helped the middle class (i.e., working class) prosper. There's no job guarantee, and then you have to battle inflation. How can one think of starting a family with all this? What would you feed your family if you do not have a good income? Couples who are married do not wish to have children because raising children means you have to be ready for other important expenses, i.e., education, entertainment, etc. Is education affordable today? Nope! The elites don't want the children of the middle class to attain quality education. They want them to remain busy with reel-scrolling culture. They want them to be as dumb as possible so that they can easily control them tomorrow. Lots of teachers are now reporting that most Gen Z and Alpha kids are struggling to read and write. Even basic calculations are hard for them. Well, that's a different debate altogether.
There's no denying that men have suffered a lot since the 80s. Most women have relationships with men for their money. Marry him, divorce him and then take 60% of what he earned through hard work. Yes! There are men who do not respect a loving and caring woman at all and have affairs with other women. However, there is ample data available today that shows the percentage of women disloyal to their men is higher than the men disloyal to their women. You wish to debate on this with me. Who is responsible for this troubled state of women? Us men! Every poor choice for women has been glorified by the rich men. Now, it has come to a point where women know how easily they can exploit men. There may be women who still look for love, but when you try to find such women. You won't find any.
A man with a stable income enough for survival has less chance of living happily with a woman than a filthy rich man with no character. He'll be able to afford everything that a today's woman wants (with no questions asked). He wouldn't be worried about loyalty because if a woman leaves him, there's another waiting for him.
Another harsh reality of today: the majority of working women today have affairs with the top-level management officials (mostly men) despite being married to men who really value them. Seen it myself! Such women don't care about their children. Worst are these male predators who, despite having a family, target women of their organisation and promote them once they agree to sleep with them.
I wish women were never given the right to work. I am up for a woman's right to education, but I don't support a woman's right to work. Yes! It's controversial. Fine! No one can control my thoughts. Just like I cannot control the thoughts of others. Choices and opinions vary from person to person.
