How to comfort your wife when she's sad ?

My wife is worried I might leave her she’s pregnant with our daughter she’s been super emotional the last few days. I know a lot of dads leave their kids these days I know better I wouldn’t do that she’s been depressed and emotional lately. Also she saw a photo on FB about abortion a few days ago she’s now traumatized by it. How can I calm her down ?
