@SW-User Now it may sound to have the expected meaning. But shows an ego/attitude in the man. Maybe I perceived it differently due to the cultural & language upbringing. If she is wealthy and the guy say I don't give a f*ck about your wealth, doesn't it sounds derogatory.

Saying "Doesn't matter" just tells about the preferences.

@SW-User Wealth is a plus means, that the wealth matters but it has low priority that can be compromised. It just doesn't communicate that wealth is zero priority(not even low).

For example, a man has two proposals. One is kind, loving passionate and intelligent but doesn't have any wealth. Other one is kind, loving, passionate, intelligent and has lot of wealth. If we go by your last option the should go with second option. But I mean he should have equal importance for both. Then he can consider some sixth characteristic.
