How much is enough!!

I know people who are in shitty marriages and relationships, I feel bad for them but when is it time to say it’s enough? I don’t understand why someone would continually put up with abuse or mistreatment. My heart breaks for my friend but there is nothing I can do other than be supportive and caring. Sorry just had to rant and get it out !!!

Yep, you really can't help someone who isn't ready to be helped. The most you can do is to be there to listen and assure them that when the time comes, you got their back!

From what I've seen and experienced, it's women, especially women with children who will go with them when they leave, who are afraid of leaving for their children's sake. Some of that fear is valid, mostly though, it only serves to prolong their misery.

Just have their back, that will help more than anything.
