The Judicial branch assumed the role of the legislative branch and thus could alter the constitution at will. The leftists love that idea. No need for democratic process. Royal decree from the SCOTUS was sufficient to attain their ends. Thus the fight to keep Conservative Justices out of the Supreme court. If you want to murder your baby you still can. The court didn't make that illegal. You see that would be taking over the role of the legislative branch which the SCOTUS just said was wrong. Do try to keep up. There are always personal and financial reasons for every war and every act that any judge or politician does. that is life and reality....my point is that a woman's body is hers and nobody elstes. if that baby cannot live outside of the womb in an incubator or without...it is not a human. and what about women like myself who could get pregnant but couldn't carry full term. and i was on the pill forever and still managed to get pregnant. am i supposed to have suffered thru pregnancy and then let it die inside me so tragically that it took a huge bite out of me every single time. And every single medical person i spoke to told me i would have died if i didn't have a d & c the last time. and what if a woman was raped?

@DIABLISS The only stupidity on this thread is posted by you. There was no ban of abortion in the courts ruling. There never was a right to abortion. That remains legal fiction. The demoncraps are only upset because they lost the ability to have the courts impose standards that they could not impose through the legislative process.
