I Am In a Bad Marriage
I guess I'm in a bad marriage. He's already verbally abusive, I see no end to it. There's gotta be greener pastures on the other side.

Verbal abuse indicates lack of respect (he doesn't respect you.) It will be a LOT of work to turn this around, if it can be turned around.
You might be ahead to cut your losses and not fall into the trap of thinking you can change him. He's the only one who can change himself...and he has to want to.
