i am black complexion indian women, So this is my fault ???

Almost 60 percent indian women are black and only 30 or 40 percent indian ladies have fair complexion And most of the indian men wants fair complexion women.So these 60 to 70 petcent indian women are continusly facing marriage issues, Because generally indian men demands fair compexion girl for marriage, So this is a Crime in india to born with black complexion for a girl???????馃樂馃槶
