That sounds painful. You may want to reconsider on talking to him about how you are feeling. Marriage is intimacy, not only sexual intimacy but emotional as well. If you cannot talk with your spouse then why bother with having the relationship?

Oh man, I am so sorry to hear that. I know you say you cannot tell him, but you should try to talk about it, see what he says. Might have to seriously consider all options though.

You’re quite young to be going through that. You should still be in the honeymoon phase.

Communication is key. As hard as it is, try talking it out. Let him know how you feel, in a way that doesn't sound like you are accusing him of being at fault. If he doesn't want to talk about it or isn't willing to work with you to fix it, then you can plan where to go from there.
