In a realm of immortality what would a thousand years of marriage for a couple truly in love and compatible be like ?

What a beautiful thought. It feels a bit bittersweet when I think about the limited time I will have with my beautiful love. 💗

It's an interesting question. At this point I can't come up with anything better than 'lots of children' though. 😜

They'd meld into one person with2 bodies

Hell on earth

I just can't imagine in all that time one or both wouldn't evolve through experience into a person so different than in the beginning that they were undesirable to their partner.

They would get bored of each other and eventually part ways.

This is probably argument #1 against eternal life.

Probably like my parents' who after 61 years are not only finishing but anticipating each other's sentences, sharing stories about their youth and their children, adding details the other forgot. And one can just look at the other and they both burst out laughing.

I can't imagine but I would hope it would be like heaven on earth if both were in good health, and had the drive to explore the world together it would be priceless.
