An update on the situation with my best friend

I just wanted to give an update on the situation with my best friend. Last night I was given a lot of good advice I was told to basically leave her alone for a while and not talk to her for a while to give her some space so thats what I'm going to do. After being given that advice last night I archived all the messages between me and her I also won't be talking to her for the next 6 months it was a very hard and difficult decision to make but I know it was a good decision that I made. I know that it is the most responsible and respectful thing that I can for her since she is in a relationship and the most responsible and respectful thing I can do to show that I support her as well as to show that I want her to be happy
