I do want a lover that is also my best friend because to me it would feel like we would be so much closer and that I can depend on you for almost anything and I can tell you things and not be afraid disclose things regardless of what the topic is. I've only been in three "real" relationships and with each one I asked the dude "Are you also my best friend as well as my Man?" To which they all responded "Why do we need to be friends when we're in a relationship?" I'm like, really this is why you don't really know me because you don't get the chance to know me like a friend would.
