what if i see another guy who looks better than me, should i be jealous

there's often times i see other men who look better than me, they're better dressed, have better trainers/ shoes on than me, and in my eyes, they just look, well, 'better' than i....then i feel jealous and angry.

does anyone have any advice for me on this? i'm middle aged now...so i think its when i observe younger guys/ men than me, they always seem to look better and suit what they're wearing...and i think to myself ' you bastard'.
