do you ever feel insecure

i go through times of feeling tremendous insecurity, whether it be about my financial situation, the future......my parents getting older, my own health.....i live in a 1 bedroom flat on benefits.....lived here 20 years now.

what's the answer to deep feelings of insecurity like this?

I feel insecure everyday. But I think most everyone does, it’s part of our human condition.
I find that by exercising, reading, watching a movie, working on my side hustle, soaking in a tub, going outside/for a walk all helps me get back into a healthier mindset. I’ll also make sure I’m getting my vitamins everyday, especially now in the winter (where I am), as sunlight does wonders for one’s psyche.
