I need advice! 18 yo needs help with mom.

Lately I've been feeling very attracted to my mom. She's 39, very hot, and all my friends tell me so. My dad died a couple years ago and I know she's into sex. She dates but I can often hear her getting off in her room at night if I listen hard. Our rooms are next to each other. I have a bunch of questions I need answered and need advice from a mom who has experience with this or a son with experience.

I've been with other women older than me, even one of my HS teachers.
