i have been with a cousin, neither of us seem to have had any side effects. we both consented, it may be different for you, feel free to dm if you have questions or need to talk
It made me very shy and withdrawn for some years but it finally broke up in my late 20s. It still made me very focused on secrets and shame, though, until I was in my 50s
