There's almost never a [u]biological[/u] reason why incest (let's say, between a mother an her son, father and daughter, or between two siblings) is wrong. If she's on the pill, there is no risk at all.
Incest is socially taboo or frowned upon in almost all cultures around the world. But why? What grounds or justifies that type of morality? Theories about that are a dime a dozen.
Ancient Greek culture was very tolerant; sexual relationships between a dominant older man and an obedient young boy were considered to be normal, at least in Athens. But even in Greece incest was disapproved of.

@NaughtyThoughts Oh on a personal level I'm not interested in incest at all. I'm interested in incest, and the rejection thereof, as a [u]cultural[/u] phenomenon the same way Dr. Freud was interested in it.
