Unless you know for sure 100% what hubby's reaction would be, don't tell him. It could quite easily wreck your marriage. Maybe get your brother to tell him about a guy he knows who's in an incestuous relationship with his sister to see what the reaction is.
If hubby's disgusted by it you know to keep it to yourselves.
