Thinking out loud

Since I'm just thinking out loud I don't really expect any replies to this.
I just wonder what guys get out of hurting as many women as possible by being insincere and just collecting a number of experiences?
And yes I know there are probably women who do the same.
But, I have read so many posts from so many ladies where they ended up believing some player who didn't care about anything else but racking up some kind of ego boost at the expense of the unexpected person they was fooling at the moment.
Does it never bother their conscience that they hurt these women?
Are they the type that is incapable of having a sustainable relationship with one person?
Because, I just lost my love and let me tell you there's nothing better than being loyal to your partner and them being loyal to you.
Absolutely no experience worth risking it or throwing it all away.
People who treat other people like objects,usually, end up alone in their old age .
No one to cheer them on, no one to comfort them in sickness and in health.
I wonder then if all those experiences start to lose their luster and you just have regret left?
Or if they just keep lying and living some fantasy world online once they've lost their youth ,charm, and the ability to attract a partner in real life.
Perhaps, that's enough for them but I find it rather pathetic.
