It depends on what type of person your partner is. If he never gives you roses and suddenly after every late job night with his new working partner female, he starts sending you big boukets. Be suspicious.
If he normally is affectionate and communicating and shuts you out and is away a lot. That can be a sign to at least talk to him and see what's going on.
Other than that he is dressing and wearing new perfumes and don't seem to dress up for you but for "work" or "conference"
But the most obvious one is if a woman sends you her child's father test and he is the father and the baby was born during your marriage.
