I Hate My Ex Boyfriend

so two nights ago I got out of the shower and was drying my hair when I noticed a light shining through the open window and seen my ex just looking at me. Was really creepy and now honestly scared that he is just around my house watching me...
I don't know what to do

Talk about an invasion of your privacy. I imagine you must be keeping your doors and windows locked now.
