I Am In An Interfaith Relationship

It's just recent when I gave up someone who doesn't believe what I believe but I love him and he loves me too. I couldn't compromise my beliefs and I couldn't see a bright future that we'll be able to agree on things . Kinda hard but I endured it . We are still friends tho. I'm still waiting if he'll compromise his beliefs for me ... I better wait for the right one who'll make me complete

I am a Christian male that was married to a Jewish woman. We were married for 17.5 years, raised 3 children, and never had a problem with our religious differences. We respected each others beliefs, we jointly agreed to raise our children as Christian, but we also introduced them to the beliefs of Judaism. We never had a problem. So what I am trying to point out is, that if you two truly love each other and can work together and compromise a little while still respecting each others beliefs, it can work.

The problem is that he's an atheist or more of an agnostic one. We've argued a lot of times about it so I gave up. In your case , Judaism and Christianity are quite similar if there are things to compromise , they'll be minor things . I admire you for having such a blessed marriage ;)
