I Need Emotional Intimacy

Why are so many guys just into looks? I mean I know it's been talked about ad nauseum but I just don't get it. When I was still married I went out with my girlfriends and guys used to pay more attention to me. It was nice, but I felt really bad for the other girls, and besides I was married. Any sincere comments would be appreciated.

It's a huge part of our indoctrination. It's part of the human condition for guys to be physically attracted to women. That's nature's way of assuring procreation. But the corporate world hijacks and promotes that condition, making billions off of it. Everything is sold with sex, subverting its original and natural purpose. And it's easy for guys (and women - that's the other side of the same coin) to fall prey to the scheme.
