I Need Emotional Intimacy

I crave that emotional intimacy. And I want someone who wants to give it to me. I like to text, I like to check in and see how the other person is doing. I understand people (even me) get busy day to day but is it that hard to send an "I'm thinking of you" or whatever text? It just seems so hard to find.

Right? My I talked to my wife about how I need more of that. Flirty texts. Reciprocation of my advances. All I get is that she is too busy at work. I used to admire her work ethic. Now I wonder if life would be better with someone with a minimum wage job. Someone who left work at work.
