@Unicorn: why do you think that?
sunsetsoareomyofavourite · 26-30, F
@NatalieB: i don't know. Maybe i will change but i don't know. I don't find myself as a good person for a relationship. Maybe because of some problems or so. Maybe later
NatalieB · 18-21, F
@Unicorn: well later is good. No one says it has to be now. :). Your gonna be alright. *hug*

You are correct. People seem weak nowadays and give up on the first hurdle
sunsetsoareomyofavourite · 26-30, F
@Perry4444: firstly i thought i think maybe super negative but the statistics say the same too. Also i have bad experience in my own family with that
Thingschange4444 · 56-60, M
@Unicorn: Such a shame isnt it.

My grandparents still together. That's a different generation.
nedkelly · 61-69, M
Still married since August 1980
Thingschange4444 · 56-60, M
@nedkelly: Wow. Respect to you both. 👍
I only know one couple who made it more than 10 years without either divorcing or just constantly batching about their supposes. Usually lay behind each other's back. My neighbors have made it 22 years and know how to keep it up in a very positive and fun way.

You have to have the right relationship to fight for….and I certainly hadn’t found it at your age. I’ve been married for a while to someone I love deeply, and although the marriage is far from perfect (no sex in over 10 years), we haven’t given up on our relationship.
A lot of my friends have been married as long as or longer than I have, so there are a number of people who still do that these days. Maybe you will be one of them when you find the right relationship.

@Dragon56: :) i hope

Sometimes I think it's better to get a divorce than to live a failed marriage
MrSpecialEnough · 26-30, M
I think when one of the parties no longer feels love for the other person it's all over no matter what you try to do to fix it.
sunsetsoareomyofavourite · 26-30, F
@AiyanaIsNummerEins: i don't even know exactly what love is. I think we expect too much of love.
So we get way too fast disappointed and give up

@Unicorn: Hmmm, maybe you're right, I don't think I've ever experienced true love so couldn't really tell. ☺
Mordi · 31-35, M
I find couples who immediately get divorced amazing.
Dreammmer · 61-69, M
Me too.
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
my parents I guess
sunsetsoareomyofavourite · 26-30, F
@MartinTheFirst: that is cool
MartinTheFirst · 26-30, M
@Unicorn: not super cool
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
We don't because modern western society encourages people to live for now, sleeping around, drinking, rather than creating a strong family, keeps the elites in power
