I guess if you smoked weed often enough you'd end up with a smokers voice, but you're average cigarette smokes inhales a lot more smoke than your average weed smoker

@SW-User Cigs have more toxins then plain old weed. Maybe thats why mj doesnt give u a smokers voice.
