I want something true, something that doesn't fade and can withstand it all, good and bad. Something true, something that almost doesn't exist nowdays. I don't just wanna be in a relashionship to be in one, I wanna be in it knowing it's love and that it will lead to something true and forever. Life's too short to waste time in meaningless relashionships. I just wanna feel loved and wanna give love. Because love is selfless, if it's love you'll always be trying to show that to your other half and that will bring you happiness. And personality wise I've always like shy nerdy good girls.

I think it's hard to narrow it down to just a few short things but I'll touch on some that come to mind. Having similar values was important to me. Talking about the controversial or harder subjects and knowing that you can be on the same page with making decisions. Respect. Knowing that at all times we can treat one another equally and with consideration for our feelings. Stability. Knowing that we're at the same place in our lives and we have the same end goals. No alcoholism, drug use, and so on.
Having someone be able to understand you and your life experiences. I didn't realize how much it would mean to be with someone whom had a hard childhood like I did until I was. The solace it brings to have that person fully understand and not judge is irreplaceable.
Then just the feeling of connection and something individual about the person you meet. Loving their quirks and personality. Enjoying their company the most.

I think above all else I require empathy. As long as she understands me, it can work. I don't need to feel anything other than love for them. If she can understand me? I don't need anything else from her. So I guess that means I like personalities that I can see eye to eye with.

I desire a healthy mature relationship where there is mutual love and respect. I want to feel cherished and that my love matters. I want the other person to be honest with me and show me his world as he sees it. I want a spirited alive , full of life personality.

to be honest real love seems to be rare. especially in todays world where everything is a bout flings.
