a dating app is almost like spontaneously talking to random strangers and hoping they will date you. At least in a live setting there is already some common event or contexts that brings similar people together and socialize

Dating apps have made it harder. Difficult to make a connection with just words on a screen when most of our day is spent looking at words on a screen. Lol
