Some people can handle long distance relationships others don’t~ it’s all about love and personalities really

Not really. It can fail for the same reason any other relationship fails.Lack of communication, misunderstandings, maybe your personalities are incompatable, different life goals..etc..
And some people need the physical part.In that case then even thinking of dating online is a dumb idea.
sort of.
a person misses out on so much when they never actually have to sit in the same room with someone who farts or burps all the time. Makes weird little sounds or groans randomly. When you have no idea that how they do laundry, or don;t do laundry at all, totally pisses you off, you might try to marry that piece only to have it all come crashing down once the life reality of ' oh, this person is not 30% my imagination any longer ', becomes a reality.

relationships are about so much more than getting off and liking the same things.

Long distance relationships require extra communication. If you don't put the effort in it will fail. I've had a 2,000 mile relationship going on for nearly 10 years now.
I can't agree with this, have been in a sexless marriage for many years, we still love each other though. It is all about understanding and tolerance.
I totally agree with that. We all need that physical part of the relationship
