Well I have a partner so I'm answering this as if I was single. I would date and HIV+ person if they were like your girl; taking their meds, seeing their doctor regularly and such. Like you in that situation I would also take PREP and it wouldn't be a problem. If you care for this girl and she's worth it then forget what everyone says. It's your life. I'm sure she's a lovely woman :)
