In most cases I can understand it, because the girls our own age tend to go for older guys as well, so we're stuck in a grey area most of the time. That is, if you mean like REALLY early 20's. 20-22 or 23. Older than that, then yeah, it's a tad creepy.

Men always go after younger girls, it's just a matter of what they can get away with. Someone in their 40s wouldn't have a chance with a teen. Someone in their 20s or 30s would though.

Maybe the girls are flattered if a (slightly) older man pays attention to them when they flirt and test their "wow power" on him.

My younger brother's first wife was older than I am (about three years). The second/current wife is eight years younger than he is - and thirteen years my junior. Who can figure?
