Depends on how it ended.

If it ended on good terms, then yes. Sometimes you get back together, which is nice. Othertimes you don't, and you move on. The love is still there, but it changes to something less...attached, shall we say...

If it ended on bad terms, then you really can't. At the end of a relationship I feel that people can really be at their worst since they put so much effort into trying to salvage the relationship. I get so exhausted that she just brings out the worst in me, so I generally ghost her just to rid myself of anxiety. She'll follow me around a bit to say "Hey, I still care", but I never speak to her again. I just can't, ya know?
