what is the 'impact' food where you are? and make sure it's a short trek of a district where you can handle with all that expense.
what do folks eat up your way, nice, warm, quick food with fun things to add as sides then come back later "hey, you got more of that?"
here it's breakfast big time then hot dogs (and kielbasa, half smokes, spicy sausage, 'mexicano', burgers! chips, fries, small salads with a huge lineup of dressings.... grab and go candies, gyros up the ASS man!
single slice pizza with sprinkle options like red pepper seeds, parmesan, garlic butter...
steak subs, italiano foods ... ice creams, ices, trying to thinks, wide range but you got something askew that may take longer and truck foodie enterprises is expensive and the insurance is hell.. then if you can just find a place to rent in a venue where there's much traffic like a museum or ball park, you got it made IF you can afford that!
oh and desserts where you can dip 'em into many condiments.
