Many guys are as afraid of asking you out as you are of asking them. There are those of us too, who are completely unaware that someone likes us (I think clueless is the word :)). So, don't take the chance on missing out, if you really want to go out with the guy, then ask. You can make it cute, something like what happened to me one time. She came up to me where we couldn't be overheard and with her cutest smile, said "If I were you, I'd ask me out." It worked, I did, and we had a marvelous time!

Very much so, women can sometimes be cruel instead of understanding when we ask (probably because some guys are such jerks) and we often don’t when we would like to because of it. When a girl offers, it’s a self esteem boost at the least, and if we like her it’s like winning a lottery you didn’t enter.
