I didn't know that is what the woman is meaning.... But I can't agree for the meaning of the men. I'm very laid back and would say it that way probably more times than not... And if I thought she was serious about hearing from me, I would probably call within a few days if not the day after.
Its a word for definitely not right away. Personal experience with men who liked me I never heard I will call you sometime...it was can I call you tomorrow? With men that weren't as interested I'd hear let's get together sometime or I will call you sometime. Lol

Not always. Women use all kinds of words to say many different things. I have had women say no to me and then a few months later, it turns to yes.
