Do u feel sorry for this Woman right here ?

I admit I never cared too much about her before I watched this video. But I hate to see someone is pain. That goes for anyone cause we are all human. What do you think. Comments.

I do feel for her.. I think she wanted to be a royal, and felt she had achieved a great prize... but, I think she underestimated the stuffiness, the pressure of ettiquette, the constant criticism... I think she made a mistake in hiring an American celeb company to look after her image...that's so far removed from what's needed... and I think that made people even more critical..

It's a shame tho.. I do feel very sorry for her.. it's tough and it does bring back thoughts of how Diana felt.

Remember what happened the last time a American divorcee married into the British royal family?!! 😱

I think it’s lousy that people are giving her such a hard time.

She’s pretty, successful, and married into the royal family. That just means she had a combination of natural advantages, luck and work. She didn’t take those things away from anybody else.

If she had gotten the good things in her life by doing bad things to other people, then public ire would be justified.

Same for a lot of celebrities and rich people. Do I wish I had what they have - looks, money, status as a bestselling author? Sometimes, yeah. I’m human.

But I never feel resentment or want to hurt people *only* because they’re fortunate. If it’s a celebrity I happen to feel “meh” about - for example, Kim Kardashian - I ignore them. I don’t have to hate them.

I wish more people would try ignoring people they don’t like, if those people are not actively doing something bad to other people.

@SmartKat Well said! Also, many, many beautiful, famous and wealthy people have miserable lives...no guaranteed happiness even with all of those "privileges" ...the grass is never greener. This young woman seems kind, generous, sensitive and decent

@SmartKat Well I think that maybe over time people will become more appreciative of her. But not because of who she is, but for what she is about. 🙂

More thoughts from me.. just in response to some of the other comments.. I would correct any misapprehension that the media attacks her.. sure some do... but a lot don't.. it's not all one sided at all..

It does remind me of Diana.. she was hounded by the press, there were those who criticised her BUT most of the media loved her and she had a really complicated relationship with the media, sometimes loving and sometimes hating.. and it was often the media who supported her.

Criticism hurts, especially when you are high profile.. it's important for Megan to remember.. you can't please everyone!
I do feel for her. It isn't pity, but there is empathy.

She has been hounded, quite disgustingly by the british press.

She has, in the press, been called vile, accused of starting wars because she eats avocado and berated for walking around stroking her baby bump.

It doesn't matter what she does the media put a nasty negative spin on it.

It is sad because the royal family get an awful lot of abuse by people thinking they pay for them (and so somehow own them?) When in fact they cost the British public less than £2pa...maybe it is because they do not pay tax on their estates that annoy some.
But this level of "owning the royal family" some people think they can say whatever they please.

People are dicks if they believe that royalty cannot suffer from mental health problems....and I would never ever suggest that a black woman is privileged.

As you can tell I have a lot to say on the subject.

@InOtterWords Thank you.
I can't say that I feel sorry for her.
I think it is dreadful for anyone to be left feeling hurt, vulnerable or less than. The Empathy runs deep! But, feeling sorry for her will not help anything at all.

@ImplodingVoices I agree.

Her problems may be quite real in her world.. But I wouldnt mind having her problems..
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@whowasthatmaskedman What do you mean by that. 🙂
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
@Zonuss I mean that problems have a hierarchy. Air, nourishment, shelter. Then safety and in the end, community and fulfilment. Hers will never be the problems of a struggle for survival. More a struggle for meaning.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@whowasthatmaskedman People who are controlled are considered slaves. She has a life that is controlled by cold hearted global elites. And that my friend is scary. 🙂
Nyloncapes · 61-69, M
She is a drama queen seeking attention and back fired on her
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@Nyloncapes Explain. 🙂
Fernie · F
@Nyloncapes that is a very stupid comment...very stupid
@Nyloncapes what drama has she caused ?

I believe that much of what she is feeling, Meghan, comes from the head of the Royal Family and their underlying resentments or feelings they may have towards her. Especially from Katie. And its only because she is "different". But that is what I am sensing from this interview from her. 😞

@Zonuss Most families have in-law issues, to one degree or another. Admittedly, being in *that* family means your in-law issues are on display for the whole world.
