Should I refuse to keep my husband company in the evening when he gets home from work, seeing as he completely refuses to put his phone away at all?

The odd time I might get a works text message to say something has changed for tomorrow. But never get work emails at night.is he the boss if so maybe people need to know stuff for the next day if it's a shift work thing
