My girlfriend thinks she's a great actress but isn't, should I tell her?

She's done plays and she's just not very good, but she's convinced herself she is. Some people have already told her but she's in denial about it, I haven't had the heart to tell her myself.

@Billybob2 well she's practicing, so maybe if you don't completely demoralize her, maybe she'll reach her dream in like 20 years. There are older actors that play mid 20's-30's characters all the time.
