Is it even possible to find a partner irl if you have social anxiety?

I feel like even the most unattractive people can find someone, however if you have anxiety and low self-esteem you're pretty much fvcked and should give up...

My boyfriend has social anxiety; that’s why I made the first moves for him.

I would say it makes it a lot more difficult because you get closer to less people in the long run. Its all just luck.
