So I liked this boy for awhile but I have like a on/off switch,like I’ll like them then after a few weeks I don’t like them anymore Then I will (like them) again

Your not ready for dating yet. Your maturity level is not there yet.
@HumanEarth The problem is that they see everyone around them dating, so they feel a certain pressure to take these steps before they have grown up into the mindset to be able to handle relationships.

I was in the same boat at 18. One my mother thrown me out because I was 18 and now was an adult. So ready or not. I had to be an adult.
And got myself into a mess.
Better off waiting as long as you can till you feel ready.
